14 your despatch lo .302 of the 14th November, 1914, and to enquire whether the sum of £20 referred to in the telegram of the 2nd August from the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies to
44 His Britannic Majesty's Consul-General, Trieste, is to be
refunded by Lr. Grant. It is not definitely stated in the telegraphic correspondence which accompanied your despatch that Mr. Grant received the money, nor is that officer able to recall the actual receipt of the money.
